哪些学生具有保送资格？

根据教育部等有关部门规定，4类人员具备高校保送资格，分别是中学生学科奥林匹克竞赛国家集训队成员；部分外国语中学推荐优秀学生；公安英烈子女；退役运动员。

保送生的招生流程包括初审、测试、认定三个阶段。

对于在规定期限内寄达且内容和形式符合要求的申请材料，学校将组织专家组进行书面评审，确定通过初审参加保送生选拔测试的名单。

测试分为笔试和面试。其中，笔试科目分为三个考试科类：数学+物理、数学+化生、阅读（中、英文）+人文与社会。考试科类的选择不受中学文理分科的限制，考生可根据自己的学科特长及专业兴趣进行考试科类的选择和专业志愿的填报。

保送名单将根据笔试和面试的综合成绩择优确定，认定结果由高校招生领导小组讨论通过，并按照教育部规定予以公示后生效。
